Management in all business and organizational activities is the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively. Management comprises  planning,  organizing,  staffing,  leading or directing, and controlling an organization (a group of one or more people or entities) or effort for the purpose of accomplishing a goal. Resourcing encompasses the deployment and manipulation of human resources, financial resources, technological resources, and natural resources.
Since organizations can be viewed as systems, management can also be defined as human action, including design, to facilitate the production of useful outcomes from a system. This view opens the opportunity to 'manage' oneself, a prerequisite to attempting to manage others. Management tool to achieve its intended purpose tools necessary means (tools). Tools is a requirement in an effort to achieve results. The tools are known as 6M, ie men, money, materials, machines, methods, and markets.

Management functions, namely:

Planning (Planning)
Planning or planning is the selection or determination of the organization's objectives will be done with the resources and the determination of strategies possessed wisdom procedures program project budget system methods and standards required to achieve the goal. Planning is the most important process of all management functions because without planning, other functions can not be run.
Organizing (Organizing)
Organizing or organization to facilitate managers in monitoring and determining necessary to perform the tasks that have been shared. Organizing can also be done by determining what tasks are to be done.
Staffing (Compilation)
Staffing or preparation of the withdrawal of personnel (recruitment) training and development as well as the placement and orientation of the administration employees in the work environment propitious and productive, with employee selection, employee education and development.
Leading (Briefing)
Leading or directing functions adl how to make or get the employees do what they want and they need to do, to build morale and motivate employees.
Controlling (Supervision)
Controlling or monitoring is the discovery and application of ways and means to ensure that the plan is implemented in accordance with that already ditetapkan.Pemeriksaan to assess the actual performance compared to the established standard, Conducting the necessary corrective action.


OPINION : So management is a science how we can manage or control the company or something like ourselves to any set or control that we can walk or according to what we expect to be able to run properly and smoothly.
